If you are not familiar with CrossFit, you may not understand what you receive with a membership. What do you get from a typical gym membership? You pay a flat fee to use the equipment.
At Earned Not Given, we program your workouts, instruct movements, scale the workout if necessary, offer nutritional suggestions if requested, and push you to produce your best efforts. Our group sessions are the equivalent of semi-personal training. A certified coach will be with you every step of the way.
