When I was 27 years old and had been doing crossfit for 5 years (almost), had a 2.5 year old kid, realized I need some guidance with my health and fitness and continue to try to learn as much as I can.

You don’t need to “get in shape” to start. We will meet you where you are and help you work towards your personal goals, starting with 1-on-1 sessions teaching you mechanics and movements.
