I have been an athlete all of my life. I was a swimmer for 15 years, and also played basketball and volleyball. During college, I lost my interest in working out, mostly because I did not have any involvement in organized sports which is what I was used to and I ended up being unhappy with myself and my weight, but mostly disappointed at the fact that I just gave up. After I graduated from CMU, I committed myself to make a serious change, and dedicate time and effort into becoming a better and healthier version of myself! I am now a personal trainer and CF L1 and a Powerlifter/Crossfitter and am very excited to be able to share my knowledge of training and exercise with others on their own path of health and wellness.
