Tony Atwater

At 47 years old, I weighed 320 pounds and was on daily medication for blood pressure, gout, and depression. I became tired of being tired and decided it was time to make a lifestyle change, not only for me, but for my family. I ventured into the world of CrossFit not really knowing what it was all about. I immediately became hooked on the constantly varied challenging workouts.

As my weight started to come off, my fitness and confidence levels went up, and the prescribed medications went away completely. Just over a year after not knowing what CrossFit was, I began competing in local CrossFit competitions and have set a goal to someday compete in the Masters Division at the CrossFit Games.

I am excited and eager to help others transform their lives. Especially, those who may feel that their best years are behind them.
